Central Operations Senior Manager
This position is responsible for formulating and executing strategies that promote the success of the strategic goals of the Division. In addition, this senior position is involved in the long term strategic direction of various operational departments, system selection and implementation, operational streamlining and restructuring.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Effectively translate strategic ideas into workable action plans.
Set clear goals and objectives for direct reports and effectively oversees the attainment of those goals and objectives.
Make accurate assessment of needs in each area balancing cost with productivity.
Exercise a wide range of decision making control, foresee the consequences of decisions and communicate decisions with confidence to achieve understanding and acceptance.
Develop a motivating environment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Required.
5-7 years of experience within the Banking or Financial industry Required.
3 plus years of management experience with a focus in commercial lending, commercial operations, or commercial documentation Required.
Possess effective interpersonal skills.
Must have the ability to promote employee morale and build enthusiasm.
Effectively conduct presentations with professionalism, confidence and the ability to engage the audience.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence decisions.
Strong aptitude to learn software systems and problem-solve software malfunctions.
Solid understanding of software configurations and can establish operating processes.
Ability to apply technical efficiencies to operational processes for streamlining.
Flexibility to travel between First American Bank branch locations.
