FMA seeks a full-time, experienced professional to welcome visitors & provide clerical assistance to HR and Accounting.

Duties: Welcome & announce visitors or escort to destination; assist with company & other events held at the facility; perform general clerical tasks for HR & assist with employee events; perform accounts payable tasks; & perform clerical tasks for Executive Assistant as needed.

Requirements: Associate's in business or related field & a minimum of 2 years reception and clerical work experience, preferably in accounting; ability to handle sensitive & confidential situations; poised & tactful with good interpersonal skills; convey positive & professional image; experience with computer accounting programs; strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills; detail oriented; highly accurate; good time management & organization skills.
