Ad Processing Coordinator

FMA is looking for a full-time Media Coordinator to join our Sales Department.

Duties: Process ad contracts & orders for media products & follow up on artwork. Prepare index & proof final pages of publications. Process print orders. Oversee Buyers' Guides & contact companies for data. File publication paperwork with Register of Copyrights. Assist with Readership Studies. Complete production schedule entry & changes in database.

Requirements: Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education & experience. Three or more years of database work experience. Proficiency with Word & Excel. Detail oriented, good proofreading & highly accurate data entry skills. Professional demeanor, upbeat & energetic attitude. Dependable & flexible with ability to work occasional overtime.
