Data Processing Specialist

FMA is looking for a full-time Data Processing Specialist in our Circulation Department.

Duties: Process and format subscription order files which includes importing records to the relational database, electronically updating demographics and contact fields, checking error and output reports, & preparing records for manual data entry. Extract & prepare list rental database files, eNewsletter files, ancillary eBlast files, & webinars. Process regular database maintenance files. Position requires a High School diploma or equivalent & a minimum of 2 years of directly related work experience. We also require advanced Excel & Access knowledge & practical experience, prior database experience, excellent data entry skills, detail oriented & organized.

We prefer Microsoft Office Specialist certificate
