Customer Concierge

FMA is looking for a full-time Customer Concierge to join our team.

Duties: Person will be the point of contact to ensure members are provided the information & resources necessary to utilize their member benefits, to include:

  • Contacting members to review benefits & inform about events, studies or other offerings.
  • Renewing annual memberships.
  • Developing call lists & making telemarketing calls for membership.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent & two or more years of customer service or concierge work experience. Professional demeanor. Familiar with computer database software & Microsoft Office. Strong organization & multi-tasking skills. Good interpersonal, telephone & business writing skills.
