Seasonal Assistant- Personal Trust
This hourly (non-exempt) seasonal part time position will perform a variety of functions within the personal trust department to assist the daily operations and help with special projects where needed.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enter customer identification information in Silverlake.
Maintain electronic imaged files and paper files in accordance with established retention policy.
Manage account spreadsheet to track closed accounts, destruction date, etc.
Assist with general office tasks as needed.
Assist in scanning, other document imaging related functions and special projects as needed.
Complete other projects and duties as assigned by department officers or management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school degree or equivalent required.
General office experience preferred but not required.
Good written and verbal communication skills along with professional behavior mandatory at all times.
General office skills required with general/basic computer skills including accurate data entry, word processing and database reporting.
Flexible Monday-Friday during normal branch hours but not to exceed 25 hours per week
