Cushioneer, Inc. is seeking a Customer Care Specialist.
The primary responsibilities are to provide customer service support for the sales team, answer telephone and email requests, enter and edit customer orders and contracts for customers and Sales Representatives.
- Answers customer calls and provides general information regarding product pricing, availability, and order details
- Enters and processes orders and service contracts
- Troubleshoots customer issues and ensures first call resolution
- Contacts customers and performs appropriate research to correct inaccurate or missing order information
- Teams with Operations, Sales Consultants and Warehouse personnel to verify completion of orders and ensure that customer expectations are fulfilled
- High school degree or equivalent education
- 3 - 5 years prior experience in customer service or sales support
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Works well in a fast pace environment
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and general computer systems
- Excellent typing and data entry skills
