Job Responsibilities:
Work with families to determine eligibility for child care financial assistance. Assist child care providers paid by the State of Illinois.
Qualifications:
Strong communication, organizational & computer skills. Minimum of Associates Degree or 2 years of customer service experience required. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
