Our Legal and Obituary Notice Representatives maintain effective customer relations by providing enthusiastic top level customer service and follow up. Representatives evaluate customer needs to fully utilize our broad spectrum of products. Representatives are responsible for the timely sales and accurate processing of legal and obituary notices in our print and digital products. This requires aggressive interaction with potential and current clients using the phone, email, Internet, and other technology.

The successful candidate for this position will thrive in a fast-paced, heavy call volume, and deadline driven environment. Dependability and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities quickly and accurately are a must.

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Minimum typing skills of 40-50 wpm
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic use of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
Accuracy and above average attention to detail
Prior legal notice experience is a plus
