We are expanding! Jack Phelan Chrysler Dodge Jeep and Ram in Countryside, IL just recently opened our new store and are looking for Customer Service Representatives to help continue our growth!  No experience necessary!

Jack Phelan CDJR is looking for a Full Time and Part Time Customer Service Representative to join our team.  You must be responsible and professional.  In this position you will take inbound and make outbound phone calls and set customer appointments to help generate business.  All this position requires is a great attitude and a smiling face.  Prior auto dealership experience or sales experience is a plus but it’s not necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound and make outbound phone calls.
• Maintain daily records
• Set customer appointments

Requirements:

• Customer service / CSR experience
• Professional appearance 
• Excellent phone etiquette
• Computer Skills including MS Office & typing
