First Financial Title Company is seeking a title examiner with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience with Minutes of Foreclosure.

Research, analyze and evaluate pertinent recorded documents for determination of ownership, legal descriptions, and continuity of title.  Also identify any restrictions that would limit the use of the property, including all matters which encumber the property and create requirements for clearance of underwriting objections and insurability.  Will issue accurate and comprehensive title reports and assist in alternative solutions to title issues. The ability to work in an accurate, detail-oriented and highly productive manner is a must.  Please submit your cover letter including resume, references and salary requirements.
