SENIOR SUPPORT SPECIALIST, Radiation Therapy: Install and maintain Radiotherapy and Radiosurgery products according to released documentation; Educate/ train biomedical hospital personnel and Information Technologies staff, on the use of Brainlab products and services; Provide on-site guidance and assistance to hospital personnel maximizing product efficiency and usage; Report and document complaints and suggestions to Product Support Management per SOP; Act as primary customer liaison maintaining contact with customers assessing satisfaction, usage levels and working to increase revenue via the sale of service contracts, spare/ ware parts, upgrades; Efficiently plan and execute "round-trip" customer visits; Identify and refer sales leads; Complete every installation including installation report and acceptance protocol quickly and efficiently; Visit all assigned warranty and service contract customers at least once per quarter; Accomplish all Salesforce Todos and eFSR Service Orders; performance at an advanced level of service, fully competent in own area; provide assistance shadowing junior support specialist on each product; Advanced troubleshooting; Travel 10-60% (IL, GA, AL, FL). Requires: Bachelors degree in Biomed Eng; 5 yrs exp in technical support role (such as Application Consultant or Support Specialist) preferably for a healthcare company or provider; Certified on the following items: SRS, ExacTrac Basic and Advance, M3, Digital Light Box, iPlan Net; Permanent authorization to work in the United States.
