The Sales Support Manager position is responsible for ensuring that new employers are consistently being recruited for Safer Foundation and Pivotal Staffing (Safer’s staffing agency) and job orders created by the engagement of new employers are consistent with the skill level of Safer Foundation clients. 

 

This position works in conjunction with Safer’s Workforce Development team (the unified sales force).  As such, this position is responsible for ensuring effective working relationships with new employers and Safer Foundation.  This position is responsible for developing Safer’s and Pivotal Staffing’s marketing and growth strategies to potential employers and securing new customers to increase placement opportunities for Safer Foundation clients and Pivotal Staffing revenue.

 

• Proven sales and marketing skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/relevant work experience
• At least 5 years sales experience
• Experience developing and delivering reports and presentations
• Sales management experience a plus
