Shift: Typically 9:00 - 5:00pm, but earlier shift time acceptable(7:30am - 9:00am)

What You Will Do

Job Summary:

Collects and analyzes data from multiple sources for the development of reports and statistical information. Responsible for managing and implementing the quality management and quality improvement programs, including overseeing quality assurance and compliance functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Compiles analytical and statistical reports as needed.
  • Formulates, defines and recommends scope and format of reports.
  • Oversees provision of ad hoc management reports.
  • Reviews information for accuracy and reconciles data on a regular basis.
  • Provides training on Rule 132 billing to all new staff, interns and volunteers.
  • Conducts utilization reviews on Medicaid charts on a rotating basis with all files being reviewed at least once per year.

Qualifications


Education:
  • Bachelor's Level Degree, Bachelor's degree required
  • Master's Level Degree preferred.
  • Licensure preferred (LCSW or LCPC)

Work Experience:
  • Previous Quality assurance experience preferred.
  • Experience with Rule 132 services a plus, experience with Mental Health, Medicare, Medicaid Billing
  • Experience performing training of Rule 132 services a plus.
