Receptionist / Typist Needed

Provide administrative support to management and sales team, including project coordination, proposals, coordination of entertainment and travel plans, office support, and the ability to work with internal staff and outside clients.?

Requires strong organizational skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.? Candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.?  Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.?

Candidate must be a self starter with strong problem solving skills and the ability to multi-task.?


Demonstrating a sensitivity to the needs of co-workers and an ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others is most important.?
