MKT Properties is recruiting a full-time Sales Specialist to prospect for new clients and to provide first-rate service to existing clients. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to making the real estate process a smooth one for each and every client. The Sales Specialist will have the opportunity to work and grow with one of the top-producing teams in Chicago.

Job Description:

- Prospects for, follows up with and provides exceptional service to clients.
- Develops expert knowledge about mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools and homeownership issues.
- Analyzes high-level fiduciary needs and coordinates a time-efficient home selling process.
- Consults with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from contract to closing.
- Effectively represents clients in negotiations.

Job Requirements:

- Two years' experience in the real estate industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form.
- Knack for building strong client relationships.
- Ability to diffuse challenging situations and to resolve them to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Expertise in negotiating effectively on behalf of clients.
- Comfortable using email and conducting web-based research.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to remain calm under tight deadlines.
