What You Will Do
As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Conducts complex quality data analysis and clinical decision support for designated system(s).
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements quality, safety, reliability and customer satisfaction metrics and analytics.
- Collaborates on metric development, reporting system design and design and delivery of routine and ad hoc reports.
- Develops approaches to presenting information including presentations and communications. Supports complex project management, improvement initiatives and tactical decisions/plans with limited guidance.
- Benchmarks national best practices and makes recommendations for change as appropriate.
What You Will Need
Education:
- Diploma
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
- 3 years of experience required. 5 years of experience preferred. 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
