DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Property Manager is responsible for the following:

1. Supervises accounts payable/receivables.
2. Supervises all marketing, leasing and administrative functions.
3. Hires, trains and evaluates office/maintenance staff.
4. Supervises specific site program administration.
5. Tenant/landlord relations.
6. Supervises day-to-day maintenance operations.
7. Financial analysis and reporting
8. Special projects as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

1. Two+ years supervisory skills.
2. Knowledge of Affordable Housing a plus
3. Strong leadership, organizational and administrative skills.
4. Team oriented.
5. Must be able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
6. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
