Responsibilities:
-Preventative/scheduled maintenance
-Maintenance staff supervision
-Repair projects
-Purchasing of materials
-General plumbing, electrical, carpentry work
-Interior/exterior painting
-General site administration
-Apartment renovations/turns
-Budget preparation
-Special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:
-Highly motivated service-oriented self starter
-Good people/computer/written/communication skills
-Skilled in HVAC, electrical repair, and plumbing strongly preferred
- Experience in appliance repair preferred
-Good problem solving ability

Must be willing to be On-Call and have a valid driver’s license & vehicle.

This is a UNION position – SEIU Local 1.

Position comes with a 2 bedroom apartment.

Live on-site a plus.

Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus.
