Title: Maintenance Project Manager
Location: Chicago, IL
Salary: $80,000 annually
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Industry leader, Related Management, has a great career opportunity for an outstanding Maintenance Project Manager at our 694 unit Section 8/LIHTC residential site located in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities: Preventative/scheduled maintenance; large staff supervision; repair projects; purchasing of materials; custodial work; interior/exterior painting; general site administration; apartment renovations/turns; as well as special projects as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

-Bi-lingual in English/Spanish preferred

-Strong project manager mentality

-Strong supervisory skills with managing a staff of 15 or more.

-Skilled in HVAC, electrical repair, and plumbing strongly preferred.

-Skilled in mechanical systems (boilers, hot water heaters, etc.)

-Highly motivated service-oriented self starter

-Strong people/computer/written/communication skills.

-Must know how to generate basic reports and conduct internet research

-Good problem solving ability

-High level self sufficiency

-Must be willing to be On-Call
