We are currently seeking an exceptional Lead Maintenance Technician at Roosevelt Square Apartments in Chicago, IL.
 

The successful candidate will lead by example, assist with building team morale, multi-task and consistently meet or exceed deadlines. The Lead Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting the Maintenance Supervisor's efforts in day-to-day implementation of processes, procedures and programs that will ensure a well-maintained property.
 

The Lead Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and ensure that all duties are performed in full compliance with all Company policies and procedures and in compliance with all applicable Fair Housing / Human Rights statutes.
 

1. Assists the Maintenance Supervisor in the preparation and coordination of all maintenance programs relating to interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the properties.
2. Supports the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure that maintenance achieves full compliance with the established standards.
3. Will be responsible for the completion of work order requests in a timely fashion.
4. Ensures that inventory is maintained.
5. Will be required to actively participate in the development and daily operations of the Maintenance Department.
6. Will be required to be on-call, per rotation, to respond to property events, emergencies or incidents

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm), select Saturdays, On-Call [in rotation], as needed for snow removal and other projects.
