The University of Notre Dame (http://ND.jobs) is accepting applications for a Executive Education Classroom, Coordinator (Chicago, IL).

The Mendoza College of Business has an exciting opportunity to work in a classroom environment in our Chicago-based Executive MBA program. The Classroom Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for this special community of Notre Dame graduate business students composed of working professionals who look beyond themselves and the classroom to “Ask more of business”.

The Classroom Coordinator helps plan and implement residency weekends to ensure the quality of Executive MBA student experience during class days by communicating with and making appropriate arrangements for the faculty, as well as arranging logistics for the students. This includes opening and closing the facilities, coordinating snacks and meals with food service staff, coordinating IT and equipment support, distributing course materials and managing any issues related to faculty or student needs.

They Classroom Coordinator monitors attendance and communicates with faculty and the administration when exceptions to the attendance policy arise. They also communicate and make arrangements for appropriate make-up sessions for the students when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years work experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Post graduate course work
