The Mendoza College of Business has an exciting opportunity to work in a professional and collaborative educational environment in our Chicago-based Executive MBA program. The program serves a special community of Notre Dame graduate business students composed of working professionals who look beyond themselves and the classroom to “Ask more of business”.

The Administrative Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations at the Chicago location of the Mendoza's Stayer Center for Executive Education.

The Administrative Coordinator will staff the office's front desk and serving as the first point of contact greeting students, visitors, faculty and staff in professional manner, answer questions, and refer appropriately to other areas of the building. They will also perform a variety of administrative tasks such as answers telephones, receive and distribute packages and mail, and monitor, order, and stock all office supplies. They will also provide onsite facilities management support for Executive Education's Chicago office, classrooms, and dining space, overseeing scheduling and facilities coordination with the building management firm.

Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or up to 3 years of college or technical school

3 to 4 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred skills and Education: Bachelor’s Degree, 3-5 years of work experience, strong technical and IT skill. Experience at a university and/or customer service skill.

Office Support and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently. Excellent communication and problem solving skills. Ability to manage demanding schedules and constrained timelines.
