Executive Assistant
 

To contribute to our ongoing success, we will rely on yourinitiative and organizational skills will keep our Executives running at top performance, while your enthusiasm and ideas will shape the environment in which we all work. In this detail-oriented role where a proactive, positive style is essential, you will perform the following duties with professionalism and maturity: Communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of executives

  • Prepare necessary materials for meetings and conferences, including PowerPoint presentations and research documents
  • Manage executives’ calendars, scheduling, meeting and appointments
  • Prioritize email requests to determine significance and treatment
  • Support special projects other general office duties
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and submit expense reports


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.)
  • 7+ years of experience providing support to senior level executives
  • Strong appreciation for/knowledge of foreign languages; multilingual is strongly desired
