This position will be based out of our Chicago Office

Responsible for overseeing implementation and administration of health care programs. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead all important provider meetings regarding data reporting and overall change management
  • Internal coordinator of all practice/plan facing activities including but not limited to; Sales team education, report generation and tracking, marketing materials, customer service, call center interaction
  • Lead relationship owner with Anthem Provider Engagement team
  • Works in conjunction with Solution Director on product enhancements, future state strategy and process refinement for Provider delivery
  • Represents AIM at external meetings when appropriate and in general acts as the non- clinical face of the solution for industry associations
  • Stays current on competitive opportunities and solution trends while keeping the internal teams informed
  • Trains, educates, evaluates, manages and holds accountable the PE team to pre-established metrics
  • Along with Solution Director, oversees and owns trouble shooting process for solution functionality, customer service and call center interaction
  • Works closely with solution Medical Directors to ensure proper scheduling, utilization of resources and overall alignment
  • Ensures information is developed and communicated to appropriate parties regarding health care programs, procedures, changes, and government mandated disclosures. Recommends benefit plan changes to management.
  • Ensures compliance with departmental policies and procedures.
  • Internal coordinator of all practice/plan facing activities including but not limited to; Sales team education, report generation and tracking, marketing materials, customer service, call center interaction
  • Lead all important provider meetings regarding data reporting and overall change management
  • Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Requires a BA/BS; 7 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Minimum 8 years health care experience-preferred practice facing or internal practice operations role.
  • Previous management experience leading a team or sales force (coaching, mentoring, and training).
  • Oncology experience nice to have but not required.
  • Pharma experience or medical device experience can be effective but revenue cycle or practice operations more ideal.
  • Resourceful problem solver with history of being self- directed in new unchartered areas.
  • Steady emotional balance under pressure with solution orientation.
  • Collaborative style that de-prioritizes ego and emphasizes creativity with immediate engaging personality.
  • Can do mentality with intellectual curiosity regarding oncology, health care and process improvement.
  • High personal standards for; work ethic, organization and efficiency.
  • Health Care sub specialty experience; ideally oncology or radiation oncology with focus on chemo drug background.
  • History of practice facing activities. Sales or practice management.
