Freedman Seating Company a leading manufacturer of bus and commercial truck seats located on the west side of Chicago has an immediate opening for a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative. This position is responsible for working directly with our customers on their orders.

Responsibilities:

This Customer Service Coordinator will provide our customers with support through their order. This position will include advising customers of substitution or modified parts, providing customers with part numbers and quotes, determining proper replacement parts required according to prints, layouts and specification sheets

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of parts coordination or manufacturing experience required

• Computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, IE-ERP experience plus)

• Previous data entry experience

• Ability to read prints and layouts a plus

• Ability to multi task

• Excellent organization skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work independently

• Bi-lingual English / Spanish a plus
