Customer Service and Support

BE PART OF OUR CONTINUED EXPANSION IN THE UNITED STATES

We are looking for a full-time Sales Support person for Eleiko Sport USA. You need to be detail-oriented with strong administrative, computing and excellent customer service skills. An ideal candidate will be passionate and knowledgeable about weightlifting, strength training and the fitness industry.

Eleiko Sport, makers of the world’s best equipment for Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and Strength and Conditioning, is looking for a Sales Support person to assist our continued expansion in the United States by providing customer service and administrative support.

In this role, you will manage direct sales and oversee our online shop providing full support to our online and phone- in customers. This includes fielding and handling phone and email inquiries, resolving customer service issues, updating the web shop as well as processing all direct orders providing full support to our customers. Social media savvy is desirable as you will work with marketing team to promote products and support and grow online sales. You will be joining the team in Chicago and be part of a greater international team with operations in the USA, Russia, and Sweden.

For 6 decades, Eleiko has been the industry weightlifting leader and built a reputation for quality and excellence. We hold our team members to that same standard. You should be dedicated, hardworking, and passionate about the health, fitness and strength and conditioning industry, but most importantly have excellent customer service and administrative skills.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO:

  •   Work directly with our customers and provide all necessary support and assistance;

  •   Be an Eleiko ambassador handling all phone and email communication with customers and distributors to ensure they have an outstanding experience;

  •   Manage our web shop including updating products and inventory, as well as processing orders

  •   Identify customer needs, help them select the right products and fulfill order;

  •   Provide administrative support by receiving and processing customer orders utilizing QuickBooks software, as well as perform general office tasks;

  •   Maintaining customer database and order management systems to ensure best-in-class customer experience;

  •   Manage order fulfillment coordinating logistics with our warehouse and shipping companies;

  •   Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to determine the most cost-effective repair for post-warranty products;

  •   Manage social marketing campaigns to grow sales and business; and

  •   Conduct or facilitate wide ranging special projects as needed to support company objectives.

     

  • A GREAT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

    Experience working in administrative and/or sales-oriented support capacity;

  • Experience working with shipping and/or fulfillment companies;
    Experience managing a web shop interface such as Shopify;
    Experience in social media marketing

    Excellent customer service skills, including verbal and written communication skills;

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and accomplish wide range of tasks with a high attention to detail;

  • Knowledge about strength and conditioning equipment is a HUGE plus!;
