PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

 

• Responsible generating, producing, and executing Demos, Store Events, and Catering Events

with a focus on increasing store sales.

• Plans, coordinates, schedules, and measures sales events and product demonstrations

for all departments in store

• Drives sales and profits through creative merchandising approaches, using industry

Knowledge, trends, and technical expertise

• Establishes and maintains community relationships and building store catering sales
• Conducts routine store walks to monitor displays, sell-through and replenishment

needs

• Verifies execution of key deliverables including merchandising standards, product set

integrity, product training and Point of Purchase signing and event website

• Coaches and mentors team members in merchandise and display execution and

provides performance feedback.

• Interprets and utilizes all available reports to enhance merchandise plans.
• Communicates daily with Co-Store Director regarding department status, including

successes, issues, and planning

 

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

 

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Previous work experience in a retail or hospitality services environment preferred
• Ability to work a variable work schedule (including evenings and weekends, as required), depending upon event and business requirements
