Bookkeeper Job Description

Because the quality and innovation of FH Orthopedics, we are looking to hire a hardworking, entrepreneurial, and experienced bookkeeper.
 

Responsibilities:
 Work with Acctivate (ERP) and Quickbooks
 Process customer and vendor payables
 Process internal expenses
 Create reports in relation to accounting
 Stay in contact with French parent company and Sales Managers regarding   accounts
 Manage Payroll
 Comply with any local, state, or federal taxes and file necessary paperwork
 Manage annual audits
 Any HR responsibilities that pertain to financial issues
 Manage receivables to company objectives

Skills:
 Quickbooks
 Acctivate (preferred)
 Microsoft Office
 Familiarization with Chicago, Illinois, Federal, and International tax laws
 Bilingual is preferred, (French) but not neccessary 
 College Degree
