Industry leader, Related Management, has a great career opportunity for a motivated and professional Bookkeeper with Section 8 and tax credit experience for our 361 unit residential site in Chicago, IL.

 

The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining the receivables and payables for a two-phase, 361 unit, multi-program property.  Individual will maintain resident ledgers on ongoing basis and ensuring any necessary adjustments are processed in timely manner, post rents/other fees, make bank deposits , process invoices, maintain financial reports, as well as complete other financial tasks as needed.

 

Must have minimum 2 years bookkeeping experience.  Must be detail oriented.  Must have ability to focus on repetitive process for long duration of time.  Must have ability to work efficiently under time constraint.  Must have ability to learn and retain information quickly.  YARDI experience is a plus.  Tax Credit experience is a plus. Section 8 experience is a plus.
