- Assoc Creative Director Develop bold, strategic & award-winning creative ad campaigns for print, TV, radio, outdoor, digital & collateral media. Duties: generate creative concepts & develop ad artwork for all media; lead creative team in generating/refining creative concepts; pre-sent concepts to client, refining & developing ideas; review artwork & copy; review pre-production layouts & proofs; attend & lead development meetings; manage project schedules & budgets. Chicago, IL location. Req's BA in Art, Design or Comm's, incl 3 courses in Art Direction, 2 in Graphic Production & 1 each in Advertising Production in Cinema, Advertising Production in TV, Advertising Production in Radio. Req's 5 yrs of post-degree progressive exp as ad agency Art Director. Exp must incl a) creation of graphics for ads in variety of media, b) use of InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator, c) mgmt of creative accts, d) presentation of ideas, strategies & pitches to supervisors/clients, e) digital & film photography, f) working w/clients in at least 3 ad client categories (e.g. packaged goods, hospitality, retail, financial, etc.) & g) developing designs for spatial design projects. Demonstrated creative excellence through being on creative team for 6 award-winning or shortlisted/finalist/merit ad campaigns (e.g., Cannes Lions, The One Show, Addys, London Int'l Awards, Athena Awards, The Young Guns).
