The successful candidate will support the business by proactively managing internal and external client campaigns according to ‘best practices’, ensuring that US programs are properly and accurately fielded and customers are well supported. We require an independent customer service specialist who will ensure internal and external client satisfaction.

 

Key responsibilities and tasks

  • Managing the success and implementation of digital campaigns
  • Webinar, online event and forum production and support
  • Monitoring of client campaigns
  • Executing reporting as required to proactively trigger client dialogue on best practices and program optimization
  • Liaise with MPL team to ensure timely communications and uniform standards
  • Ensuring adherence to regulations, rules and standards
  • Overseeing communication through newsletters and emailings
  • Quality control, anticipation of problems and finding efficient solutions
  • Providing digital marketing support

Key skills required for the role:

  • Proficiency with IT programs and software including but not limited to emailing software, CMS, ad server, Photoshop, HTML/Dreamweaver and MS office suite
  • Understanding and interest in media, Internet/digital marketing and lead management as well as knowledge of social media
  • Direct Customer/Client service experience
  • Demonstrated exceptional attention to detail
  • Delivery and solution focused attitude
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be detail-oriented and autonomous, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for interactive media/advertising with strong working knowledge of the Internet.
  • Must be able to operate autonomously in a fast paced environment
  • IT degree with a strong interest for online marketing or Sales/Marketing degree with a strong interest in IT and web
  • An analytical mind with math/reporting skills and an interest in international business is desirable
  • A second language is also desirable, but not essential
