Leading an initial small team, this individual will develop departments focused on web strategies, direct mail and phone sales with a goal of extension into surrounding communities, then into regional cities, and ultimately national growth. This position is a leadership position requiring vision and the ability to lead others into high levels of success. 

Duties will center around the CRM function, managing the company's interaction with current and future customers, vendors and other allied resources. The tool driving this will be the database management system, creating and utilizing constant touches and analytics on contact touch, response and capture. Technology will be used to organize, automate, and synchronize sales, marketing, customer service and support. Experience and education in this arena is a must.

Traditional methods such as print, mail, TV and radio may also be used along with phone sales, both inbound and outbound.  This position will oversee all of these activities and track the results obtained and analyze individual performance of tools and people in terms of capture, conversion and closing. They will also be responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all lead-generation and administrative team members of the Marketing Department.

Compensation will be a base salary of $40-50k with a bonus based on a significant growth rate in lead generation from all activities.
