As a Bartender, you assist in creating this extraordinary experience by preparing the bar for the event and, during the event, with your engaging conversation while masterfully preparing beverages with both professionalism and showmanship. Your organizational skills will ensure that the bar is kept clean, orderly and proper supply quantities are maintained at all times. Your focus following food service sanitation practices will make certain that we provide a high-quality event.

• Prepares all drinks to specified recipes.
• Prepares bar for events as designated in the Banquet Event Order (BEO).
• Insures proper quantities of product supplies are on hand to cover the duration of the vent including alcohol, juices, water, soda, fruit, lemons, ice, napkins, and glassware.
• Keeps a clean and orderly bar at all times.
• Cleans and organizes all storage areas at the end of shift.
• Follows established food service sanitation practices.
• Completes requisitions for manager approval to maintain par stock.
• Conditions wait staff to a call order method of ordering.
• Assists in the set-up and break down of all utilized areas as necessary
• Empties trash cans and recycle bins as necessary.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Position Requirements and Specifications
Because alcoholic beverages are sold/served, you must be at least 21 years of age for this position. This is a temporary (seasonal) position. Starting wage: $11.25 per hour.

The requirements for this position include:

• High School graduate or equivalent combination of training/experience preferred.


• Bartending school certificate preferred.


• One year work experience as a Bartender required.


• Strong customer service skills required.


• Strong communication and organizational skills required.


• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects and activities.


• Must be able to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.


• Must be able to work with little supervision and complete and follow through on tasks independently.


• Spanish fluency a plus, but not required.
