Driver Opportunities:
Dedicated Route Drivers: Drivers at DLI have the ability to work on a dedicated route for a dedicated customer. For most drivers, their route schedule is the same every day. This allows our drivers to get to know their customer's needs on an individual basis. Dedicated routes are either multi-stop delivery routes or line-haul routes. Our dedicated routes keep you home every day with no over-the-road requirements.
We have positions that are dedicated routes, shuttling, and full time back-up utility positions.  Positions are mainly on the evening to night shift, Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday with weekends off!  We have a preference towards candidates with at least 12 months of experience, but have a special finishing program for drivers that are newly graduated or have less than 12 months of experience.  For new graduates, we do offer tuition reimbursement.  Also ask about our $2,000 SIGN ON BONUS for all drivers!

Minimum Requirements

• Have a Class A CDL
• At least 1 year tractor/trailer driving experience or participation in our mentor for candidates with less than 12 months experience
• Age 21 or older
• No preventable accidents in the last 2 years, and no DOT recordable/preventable accidents in the last 5 years
• No DUI/DWI, Careless/Reckless driving citations or revoked/suspended license in the past 5 years
• Criminal Background Check Required
• Able to pass a complete DOT physical, drug screen and road test
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Good customer service skills
