You should know the local area & have a dependable car, proof of insurance coverage of $300K liability/$100K liability required, a good DMV record, vehicle registration, GPS/Maps, cell phone (w/internet).

Chicago compensation: Contract Rate: $10 up to 10 miles, .90 per mile over 10 miles.
