Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Full Time)
Job Description: Leading manufacturer of tapes and labels for the medical and research industry is hiring for a Customer Service Representative at our home office in the Western Suburbs. Duties include: inbound customer telephone support; order processing & entry; resolution of customer complaints; product consultations; and other miscellaneous customer service related duties.
Job Requirements: High school diploma (or GED) with some college coursework preferred; Microsoft Office proficient; knowledge of customer service principles and practices; attention to detail; and problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Starting Salary: $11 - $12/hr
