 - SHAPIRO KREISMAN & ASSOCIATES, LLC, a long established real estate litigation firm headquartered in Bannockburn, Illinois and specializing in secured lender representation seeks an accomplished title attorney with 2-5 years of experience in the following areas: Residential mortgage foreclosure; pleadings drafting and review, courtroom experience, client interaction and capability in managing internal and client reporting systems. Real estate title examination involving review of title commitments, searches and reports, understanding of title policy claims process and substantive IL title law. Experience in administration of REO residential closing transactions a plus.
