A successful candidate must have the desire and ability to develop new relationships and business opportunities with an emphasis on consumer lending. The individual must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Job responsibilities include providing loans, as appropriate, to credit worthy customers, and providing customers with a full range of banking services. The qualified individual must have at least two years of manager/lending experience and a minimum five years of experience in retail banking operations together with a thorough understanding of consumer compliance regulations.
