Newspaper Processor 3rd Shift Looking for a part-time job in the evenings? The Daily Herald is adding on to its processing team. The Newspaper Processor is responsible for running inserting machines in our Schaumburg printing center, conveniently located off of the Elgin O'Hare expressway. Running the machines requires the ability to stand and bend for prolonged periods of time, as well as move and stack newspaper ads weighing up to 25 pounds. This is a fast paced job in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and prior experience in shipping/receiving is a plus. The 3rd shift position starts anywhere from 8:00 p.m. to midnight and the expected work week is 20 to 25 hours. Pay starts at $8.25/hr. Reliable transportation and good communication skills are a must.
