The Moorings of Arlington Heights seeks a full time Maintenance Mechanic III to perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs of hydronic boilers for heating and domestic hot water, air conditioning systems, air handling equipment, plumbing, sewer and sanitary systems, building and tempurature controls, pneumatic system, fire alarm systems, sprinkler system, emergency power generators, etc.
