We are a fast growing commercial construction company that takes pride in everything we do. We are looking for reliable commercial carpenters that meet our requirements, and are eager to learn and continue to grow within our company. Position requires candidates who can take charge and work well with not a lot of direct supervision. Qualifications-Skills: -Hard working and punctual -Must be able to lift 50+lbs -Must be able to work long hours and weekends if needed -Create quality takeoffs of all material -Coordinate with project contractor, vendors and all in-house carpenters to qualify project requirements -Support project manager and field supervisor during construction phase -Must have experience reading and working with space plans -Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook -Strong written and oral communication skills -Must have truck, tools and valid driver's license -Experience in commercial ceiling grid, metal framing, door installation, painting and taping -Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all OSHA safety policies and procedures We are willing to provide training in other programs used to qualified and open minded individuals
