Overview

PCM is expanding and looking to add an enthusiastic, professional and goal-oriented Corporate Recruiter to our team. PCM is launching a number of new initiatives. We desire a creative self-starter in the driver's seat to find the 'needle in the haystack' exceptional candidates! Heavy sourcing required. Working in a fast paced, high volume recruiting environment, the role of this Corporate Recruiter will be to partner with Senior Sales Management to create and maintain a consistent and solid candidate pipeline. This individual is a seasoned call center/inside sales recruiter and sourcer skilled in sourcing, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent for Inside Sales Account Executive roles. Own the entire inside sales hiring process.

This sourcer has built sales teams from scratch. As a corporate recruiter, you are skilled sourcing quality candidates for inside sales positions. You are comfortable sourcing talent from job boards and college campuses. You have sourced recent college graduates for entry level inside sales roles. If you have a robust understanding of inside sales, we want to talk to you. If you can boast of sourcing qualified talent with minimal turnover, we want to hire you!

Responsibilities

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for:
  • Building a continuous candidate pipeline and creating leads through various sourcing methods including but not limited to: cold calling, internet search, job boards, networking, social media (i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), external referrals, employee referrals, career fairs, professional associations/organizations, college alumni/associations, applicant tracking system, diversity sourcing, etc.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry professionals in order to create a pipeline of qualified resources to support current and future organizational needs
  • Gathering important information via data mining of various sourcing channels to provide market intelligence or potential candidate resumes
  • Evaluating profiles/information on potential candidates and conducting full cycle interviews to assess candidate availability, interest, skill level, cultural fit, and networking opportunities
  • Planning and running onsite career events utilizing our 'state of the art' candidate engagement processes
  • Documenting all communication in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Assisting hiring managers in making hiring decisions
  • Handling candidate pre-interview, onsite career event participation, and new hire orientation paperwork
  • On-boarding preparation and set up


Qualifications

  • Past experience working in the VAR/reseller channel; will also consider candidates who have worked for HW/SW manufacturers
  • Strong expertise using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) for sourcing hard to fill positions
  • 5+ years of experience doing heavy sourcing for call center, inside sales, and business development skill sets
  • Enjoy the chaos associated with recruiting for new business ventures
  • Skilled managing heavy workloads; thrive when you have more on your plate vs. less
  • Strong expertise using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) for sourcing hard to fill positions
  • 2+ years of experience doing heavy sourcing for sales and business development skill sets
  • Enjoy the chaos associated with recruiting for new business ventures
  • Skilled managing heavy workloads; thrive when you have more on your plate vs. less
