Customer Assistant
Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of transactions from customers.
- Receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
- Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents.
- Reviews orders for accuracy and completion.
- Assists customers by taking orders and performing order entry.
- Verifies customer information is correct and up-to-date.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Attention to Detail.
- PC Proficiency, Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to Multi-task.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
