What You Will Do
Practice Details:
- 4 day work week with 1 administrative day
- Covering 2 hospitals: AMITA Health Hinsdale Hospital & AMITA Health LaGrange Hospital
- Call of 1:6
- 20 patients per day
- RN and MA support in the clinic
- Pharmacy Tech support for oral chemo
What You Will Need
Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
- Required Credential(s):
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office
- Preferred Credential(s):
- Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Education:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
