Hours are 2 call days a week (24 hour shifts) plus a monthly patient meet and greet on the 2nd Wednesday of the month.

Responsibilities:
- Aids with all facets of newborn care including feeding, changing diapers, comfort care measures, etc.
- Communicates patient needs to the healthcare provider.
- Provides labor support to family members and educates new parents with all of their newborn needs.
- Works as a member of the healthcare team and may require being on call.
What You Will Need
Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
- Required Credential(s):
- Doula obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
- Preferred Credential(s):
- BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Diploma
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required
- None required.
