This position will be responsible for the continuing development, introduction, and adoption of Office 365 suite of tools including OneDrive, OneNote, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Yammer, Flow, Forms, PowerApps, PowerBI, and their associated mobile applications including:
Responsibilities:
- Drive adoption of Office365 and its associated components by communicating benefits and identifying use-cases for the Office 365 apps.
- Promote Microsoft 365 features and capabilities that can streamline business processes. Implement effective methods to accelerate adoption across the company.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and current workflows to identify Office 365 solutions and prepare them for change.
- Assist with implementing Office 365 applications including the introduction of new services as required.
- Provide subject matter expertise to implement, support, and transition users to Office 365.
- Monitor usage and optimize user-experience to increase user adoption.
- Develop communications for Office 365 implementations and updates.
- Develop user-friendly instructional materials, tip sheets, and quick resource guides.
- Monitor the Office 365 Message Center and Roadmap to understand and evaluate upcoming service changes, enhancements, upgrades, and new tools. Recommend implementation strategies and communicate as required.
- Develop governance and oversight for Office 365 tools.
What You Will Need
Education:
- Diploma
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience preferred; preferably in a healthcare sestting or large hospital system
- Experience implementing, supporting, and using the Office 365 Suite of applications, solutions and mobile apps strongly preferred
- Experience building Office 365 User Adoption and Champions programs
- At least four years of experience at a large hospital or system level preferred
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, from project teams, subject matter experts to executives
