What You Will Do
As an Associate with AMITA Health, you will have the opportunity to
Develops and implements policies, procedures and strategies related to the physician practice operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develops goals, plans and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization.
- Plans, organizes and directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
- Prepares operational and departmental budgets and ensures compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits.
- Directs and evaluates practice activities to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
What You Will Need
Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
- Required Credential(s):
- None Required obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
- Diploma
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required Master's degree preferred
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 2 years of leadership or management experience required. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred. Previous or current OB experience.
