A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

 

• Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
• Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
• Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility. 
• Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

 

• Bachelor's Degree 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sourcing and Procurement 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with JDA 

• 5 – 7 years of experience in implementing large scale Merch Financial Planning solutions in the retail industry (Apparel and/or Fashion retail industry preferred)
• Hands on functional experience with JDA EP application and Implemented JDA Enterprise Planning and Performance Analysis to support Merchandise Financial Planning is a must
• Experienced in integrating JDA EP solution with JDA Demand and JDA Allocation in retail industry
• Experience in driving a business team through designing and/or re-designing complex merchandize hierarchy / attribute from legacy/ obsolete hierarchy
• An architect that can provide thought leadership around best practices, developed or supported business team in overall business processes, and defined functional requirements that needed to be supported by JDA EP application
• Ability to prepare materials and drive/ conduct required design workshops with the client personnel to explain how JDA EP works and document the as-is to to-be process
• Experienced in full development lifecycle in JDA EP – Business Process Design, Solution Blueprint, System Design, Build, Test, Deploy and Business Stabilization/ Hyper Care
