Job Description:
  • Advises senior technical clients on best-practices and benefits of a microservices architecture
  • Builds and transform new markets and identify and capitalize and lead transformational shifts in our customers.
  • Disciplined in business-management; adaptable to a culture of accountability; build a strong and active business network; meets sales targets and operational standards.
Develops and coaches high-performing team by hiring diverse talent, prioritizing development, leading by example and preparing people for more senior positions in other parts of the organization.

- Basic qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years advising executives on modern technology architectures
  • Minimum 3 years developing enterprise and program level architecture standards and patterns using microservices including reactive architectures and data pipelines/streaming platforms (e.g. Kafka)
  • Minimum 5 years leading teams of architects and data modelers defining functional and data domains
  • Minimum 3 years defining strategies for progressively migrating traditional applications to a suite of microservices
  • Minimum 5 years Direct experience working across teams and breaking down IT and Business boundaries to create seamless multi-disciplinary teams
  • Minimum 7 years working in Retail or QuickServe or industrial

Professional Skills:
  • Management. Successful management of large-scale, complex deal cycles at Fortune 500 accounts.
  • Business advisor for senior client executives with program management skills toward complex program execution.
  • Leader. Coaching direct reports in pipeline management, opportunity management, and account planning
  • Collaborative. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent Communicator. Executive level communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to mentor others.
